Are you exhausted by the demands of your daily life? Would more strength and energy help you? Join Andrina and Niki (together they are Javalicious!) for a weekend entirely dedicated to developing tools and habits to ignite your inner fire and emerge stronger and more alive!
Saturday and Sunday: Yoga Practices + Anatomy, Breath, Meditation & Essential Oils Workshops
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Market Tour, Spa, Hands-On Cooking Class, Yoga Practices + All Workshops
We will begin the weekend with an exclusive guided tour of the Helvetiaplatz Market. Our next destination is the Hamman, where we will do Yoga and have access to the Spa as a private group. In the evening, we will move to a cutting-edge demonstration kitchen to learn how to cook up our market treasures in the most healthful and delicious possible way!
All classes over the weekend will be taught by Andrina and Niki (the Javalicious Team!). Mornings after breakfast we will explore Essential Oils, The Power of the Breath and Meditation for Grounding. Morning Yoga Practices will focus on the two main girdles of the body: the shoulders and hips, delving deeply into Anatomy, Strengthening, Lengthening and Nourishing the joints and surrounding soft tissues.
On Sunday afternoon, we will co-lead one of our signature Javalicious Yoga Practices influenced by Kundalini and MyoFascial Manipulation that will connect you to your power centre. The energy of the group, the energizing food and inspiring workshop topics will keep you there – committed, engaged and ready to learn!
This is a Yoga Retreat with a difference – you leave feeling alive and strong, inspired to make change happen AND armed with the tools to do so!
We suggest that you have an established Yoga Practice in order to participate in this Retreat.
